Taltioni, the Finnish national PHR project has now started. Based on the Medixine/Clinic Platform Edition, Taltioni will act as an integrating PHR platform for PHR services in Finland. Taltioni has formed a co-operative to run the service, major players from the Finnish healthcare market, both private and public, have joined.
