TBS UK and their customer ORLA provide a home hospital service in the UK. Medixine Clinic is used for home monitoring of patients and providing a triage functionality for the ORLA clinical team.
During the first half year of use TBS reports 300 patient admissions with conditions such as pneumonia, skin sepsis, urinary sepsis, frail elderly, and fluid and electrolyte disorders, often with co-morbidities.
2.000 hospital bed-days were saved, the patient satisfaction rate was 99%.
