Healthcare providers in the Tampere area in Finland together with the local patients’ association have started a new way to provide care for coronary disease patients.
The new service relies on e-health and emphasizes the active role of patients in their own care.
Medixine was selected as the e-health service provider. Piloting of the new system will start in October this year and full production will start in 2015.
