Medixine Ltd appoints Ilkka Toivola as CEO. The founder and majority owner Tapio Jokinen will continue as president, he will also be responsible for strategic partnerships and participate in key customer projects.
Prior to joining Medixine, Toivola worked as CEO of Dovre Group Plc since 2009. Previous to that he worked with Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks in a number of international executive positions since 2000. He has also top management experience with Hewlett-Packard Company in Finland. Toivola will assume his position as CEO by March 15th, 2012.
