GeneRisk is one of the major genome projects in Finland with 15.000 subjects from several health care providers. The project is centered around the effect of a person’s way of life combined with his genome information to his risk of getting a cardiovascular disease.
All participants use a Medixine Clinic based portal for recording their questionnaires, running a virtual health check, and getting automatic coaching. Subjects also receive the results of their genome analysis to learn about their own risk level.
